If you want to acquire knowledge or skills, in addition to delving practically and theoretically into the subject area, it can be a good idea to go into an apprenticeship; to surround yourself with the best in the field.
When possible, I have always tried to do this in business, martial arts, art, mountain climbing, etc.
Why it is more than just great today to be able to spend time together with and co-host a dinner and tasting at our place with Rare Wine and the undisputed world no. 1 in champagne, Richard Juhlin.
Juhlin has written most of the significant works on champagne and his evaluations and recommendations have the same respect as Parker's in other wines.
He will also taste the champagnes from our con amore project; Champagne LE NON MOI. 🙏❤️🍾

Skal man tilegne sig viden eller kunnen, så kan det udover at dykke praktisk og teoretisk ned i emneområdet være en god ide at gå i mesterlære; at omgive sig med de bedste indenfor feltet.
Det har jeg altid forsøgt, når muligt, indenfor både forretning, kampsport, kunst, bjergbestigning mm.
Derfor er det også mere end bare stort i dag at kunne bruge tid sammen med samt co-hoste en middag og smagning, hos os, sammen med Rare Wine og verdens ubestridt nr. 1 indenfor champagne; Richard Juhlin.
Ham der har skrevet de fleste store værker om champagne og hvis vurderinger og anbefalinger har samme respekt som Parkers indenfor anden vin.
Han skal i øvrigt også smage vores egen champagne fra vores lille kærlighedsprojekt Champagne LE NON MOI.
